Our Hearts Go Out
Before I sat down to write this post, I felt like I had so much to say. But now I am finding myself at a loss for words. Once again, the air force community has been struck with tragedy. Please lift this family up in your thoughts and prayers as they deal with the loss of their wife and mother.

That is just awful, awful, awful. I purposefully ran without my iPod one night this week, just thinking about this horrible story. A friend who is visiting from Alaska had also heard about this family from someone in her church small group who knew them. Just devastating all around.
