Pink Dough-nuts.
A Pink Jeep! Pink everywhere! All for the Susan G Komen Race for the cure. There were over 20,000 people there racing and raising money to help find a cure for breast cancer.
I was honored to be a part of the the Sara-Strong team. A group from the squadron drove up to Austin early Sunday morning to participate in the race. It was an amazing experience! There were so many people there racing for people they knew and loved. Some in celebration of remission and some in memory of a loved one. One thing that struck me was how many young women were fighting this ugly disease. Not the typical 45 and older ladies. I saw many ladies with scarves framing their beautiful faces that were my age and younger!!! My friend, Sara, was only 28. So young! So my message to you is make sure that you do your monthly breast exam! It's that important!

This makes me SO sad...it is just so sad. But it is so inspiring that all those people were rallying around baby Chloe and her dad....
Love that hilarious picture of Bruce.
